Probably not aibu but more am I being massively uncoordinated. Less than a day into 2020 and I have already bashed my nose in this way. Is this a normal thing?

I used to get phone phace on a pretty regular basis.

I’m always knocking my nose with my iPad. I’ll join you in the clumsy club

I chipped a tooth twice in the last 6m doing this...I am notoriously cack handed though!

Have done this several times. Only not with a phone, but my iPad 2. I never learn.

The iPad was okay though, and that’s what counts.

I did this once, pulled my duvet up to get cosy and my phone flipped and smacked me in the face.

I had a lovely black eye taking my son to his first day of primary school

You need a pop socket! Sticks onto the back of your phone as a wee holder thing and can also be used as a stand. No more bashed noses!!

Get a loopy phone case!

I did this yesterday. Went to new year’s party with faint bruise on upper lip. Classy.

oh yes- we've all been there.
Did it a couple of months ago. Really hurt the bridge of my nose. The most frustrating thing is though- you feel so supremely annoyed that you did it to yourself!

Yes I have done this, fell asleep waiting for something to load and dropped the phone straight onto my face. Ouch

I've dropped mine on my DD's head whilst breastfeeding

oh and pulling up the duvet and you smack yourself in the face when your hand slips off the duvet being in bed sure is dangerous
