Aibu to go to out of hours because of this?

I took a couple of paracetamol about two hours ago, one went down fine and the other seemed to go upwards and get stuck in my nasal cavity or something! I did loads of snorting while lying on my back but I'm not sure if I got it out or not. Has this happened to anyone else? I'm not even sure if it's still there but now my throat feels weird from all the snorting.

You would be very unreasonable , it’ll dissolve in the nasal mucus even if it’s still there

That sounds awful! Can you do a nasal rinse? Not sure how to do it but maybe google?

I thought it might dissolve but wasn't sure. I'll not bother going then! It is fairly unpleasant and although my headache subsided I now have a weird feeling at the back of my throat from all the snorting trying to get it out. I think some of it came out but not sure. Why does this even happen?!
