To feel like I've been had?

Has anyone else fallen victim to the atrocities of "Scruff-a-loves" ????

My smallest begged for one for Christmas - being the incredible gullible mum I am, I obliged.
Not just any though, it had to be the one with babies.
"2,3 or 4??"

Obviously 2.

But - once dipped in water and swirled around a bit, it's meant to transform into a glossy haired toy of dreams.

See attached photo. Not really what the box or advert suggested.

£25!!!!!!!

I feel like a prize plonker.

I want one. My kids don't let me play with their hair anymore.

Yeah. You've been had, OP.

You could've got the same experience for 50p courtesy of the toy stand at your nearest jumble sale or charity shop. Sorry Grin

That's what you hold up to the other toys as a warning of what could happen.

Dd had one last year . Took me bloody ages to wash and dry the piece of crap.
Still didn’t look good but luckily it was part of a 3 for 2 deal so got it technically for free

I bought both my nieces one of these, my sisters are now taking the piss out of them saying they are a ‘matted mess’ I spent good money on them & from the pic I was sent it just looks like it needs a good wash in the washer!

This is one of my DD's. You are supposed to blow dry and brush them.

DH has just asked me if I'm all right, as I have tears running down my face and can hardly speak for guffawing... it was the bin lorry and the cable ties that did it for me Grin

I want one now
