Help! Partner has sneezed and put his back out he's lying on the floor in absolute agony.
Can't get up can't stay still but can't move.
I have a baby and 2 toddlers I'm trying to help but can't
He's wailing in pain
I can't drive
Is it an ambulance job???

Call 111 and they'll tell you what to do.

I’d second a call to 111. They may well organise an ambulance but it takes the decision making out if your hands.

Thanks I did call them, they are calling back.

Has he taken any painkillers?

Yes he did a couple of hours ago. I'm struggling to help because I have a poorly baby trying to feed and the other two needing a million things at the same time.
He's not the best patient in general

Something similar happened with my husband. I called 111 and they sent an ambulance. He just had to lie on the floor until they turned up and gave him gas & air. He didn't really have any other options because he couldn't move.
