I think I discovered what a Brazilian wax was from MNet. Until this thread I always wondered what a Brazilian blow dry was and why it was necessary Blush.

Don't suppose you have before/after pictures for the Brazilian blow dry? My hair is frizzy but I tame it daily with GHDs. I've always wished I didn't need to but maybe I'm being overdramatic, not sure it's bad enough to justify the expense.

I’ll only have ones which are like “before and blow dry” and “after a blow dry” which aren’t really real life.

What I found life changing is was
No having to use ghd s
Don’t care about hair getting wet (will dry well)
Loads of time saved faffing around with hair
Dried quicker (my hair is very long)

Frizzy hair

My hair has always been long & straight but fine, the older I’m getting, it’s getting thinner too and it has lost its natural loveliness which I took for granted - as you do, but it was going grey around the temples so I started getting it dyed (at the hairdressers) and it pretty much destroyed it! It became fuzzy and horrible. I tried a couple of different kerastasse ranges and some smoothing products, but it was still awful.

I am now using the Aussie Scent -saturnalia shampoo & the 3 minute repair conditioner and it’s made a huge difference

I think it’s just a matter of seeing what works for you and trying different ranges within a brand.

I used to use John Frieda for brunettes (normal range) but I tried a couple of deviations (their ‘for coloured hair’ and another) and they were dreadful on my hair.

My mum swears by the kerastasse, but it’s no good for me 🤷🏻‍♀️
