Quick- naff to wear a red dress this side of Christmas?

Got a small understated party to go to. Lots I feel different people ( no one type). I have a bright red winter dress with long sleeves and a deep v.
Looks lovely on but is it too Christmas now that Christmas is over. Is it all sparkles and sophistication in the anew a Year lead in?

I wear red dresses all the time. It looks great with my complexion.

I don't disagree with the red. However if it's a small understated do, a bright red plunge neckline dress might be a bit much no?

People wear red all year round. .

Depends. Are you going to team it with a Santa hat? Does it have reindeer on it? If so, then no don’t wear it. If it’s a nice dress that happens to be red, then what’s the issue?!

Sounds fine - I too wear red all the time.

Of course wear it if you love it & it suits you.

Red is for life, not just for Christmas.

Today is only the 4th day of Christmas so it's still Christmas.

Red can be worn any time of year.

Wear it. It’s not time sensitive to wear to any colour... well maybe not white to a wedding unless you are the bride.

Not a single person had red on.
