Has Santa been yet???

I think Santa has our time zone wrong. He's already been! we put the boys to bed at 6.30

He's not been yet, will prob arrive around 1 am when our teenagers finally slope off to bed. I suspect they don't believe anymore but have never actually said so 😁

He's been! Everything is wrapped and we can relax! 🍷🎅🏻🎄

Both kids were in bed by 7 but I won't put the presents out until just before I go to bed or I won't be able to relax in front of the fire lol .
( the youngest has requested Santa leaves her presents on the rug .)

No he's not coming here until Boxing Day as girlfriend of DS is coming then. Despite him being 27 and it being his girlfriend we are waiting for he disappointed he won't be opening his presents in the morning

No he’s not been yet. Probably won’t be here much before midnight. My teen and tween are still up and will be for a while yet as waiting for my perpetually late sister to arrive.

Oldest is still awake despite having some kind of virus which has made him tired, grumpy and not eating.

I'm quite looking forward to my mince pie as well...

Ha! 13yo went to bed just after 8 and she’ll be the last down in the morning but my grumpy teen has been so kind today. 9 yo went up with me just after 9. Father Christmas visited downstairs while she was in the upstairs bathroom. First year with no believers, spoils the magic somewhat until I remember the 2 blessings, both still awake in the own rooms.

Two teens watching A Christmas Carol, one is out. Father Christmas has filled the stockings which are propped up just behind the sofa. I’m not faffing around later!

Kids were asleep by 7.30, I've just had a lovely evening wrapping everything up by the fire. Minor crisis when DD announced that she was scared of Father Christmas, but she went to sleep fairly quickly. Madeira drunk, mince pie and carrot still to go. Stockings all ready to go back in their rooms.

I'm in bed having drunk too much DC, who are teenagers are watching a film with DH. I haven't even wrapped all the presents yet, I'm a crap mother, I'm hoping I'll be up before everyone and catch up.

To be fair the DCs don't really care & I've had a fab night out with friends still a rubbish mother

Still waiting for them to drop off (they're 6&7) it's going to be a long night.

Still waiting for them to go to sleep. Hoping it won't be too much longer. Only need ds to sleep as the others no longer believe. Unfortunately he has a habit of seeming to be asleep and then re-emerging an hour or two later. He is still very much awake.

And Santa has been...normally doesn't get here until 1/2 in the morning as he hasn't normally finished wrapping until then...very organized this year!

Both DC are exhausted and were asleep by 9pm. Unheard of for them both.

I will therefore be punished by them waking at 3.07am tomorrow battering one another with the light sabres that someone put into their stockings without thinking the situation through in an adult, rational manner. sideyes DH

Santa aka DH is currently building a superstation while I have a beer. All other presents under the tree.

Mine are still awake! Blummin Christmas coughs! It's going to be a looong night! (5,4 and 1).

Miss the days of mine being little and in bed by 7. Mine are all aged between 11-16 and no signs of them sleeping any time soon. At least everything is wrapped.
