Advocaat, lime and lemonade for snowballs, a cake board so can ice the Christmas cake.

Food shop arrived tonight no Christmas pudding- no substitutions nothing. There are another 2 deserts plus cheese plus Christmas cake floating around but that’ll not appease fil
We also forgot the apples and oranges for the stockings dh is off tomorrow so he will go to the green grocer in the morning.
When we were doing the shopping list I insisted there were millions of bottles of washing up liquid in the cupboard- there is dregs of a bottle left so I’ll need to break that news too.

Also foil. And toothpaste for the DC. Probably more milk.

My husband went to town today armed with a list. Things to put in a Xmas eve box, and presents for his parents and two of our close friends. I'm had to talk to the assistant in the perfume shop (for friend) and he bought more stocking bits ?? So we are having to cobble together an Xmas eve box!! He also couldn't find anything for his parents so just came home. So not only am I working tomorrow m sorting that bollocks. He's also decided he's doing his first ever elf escapade and has bought a huge monstrous light up unicorn for it to ride on 😆😆 it's a good job he gets up early to defrost my car!

Sprouts, not forgotten but Sainsbury's sent ONE sprout with price label for 2p attached

Scratch cards to put into crackers.
Oranges and bananas for the kids stockings.
Lemonade for orange and lemonade fizz.
Luckily, hubby is off now grabbing some bits

H forgot Lardons for the sprouts and bought all this other shit that wasn’t on the list. He thinks we’ll just have boiled sprouts

Well I didn't forget it, as I never originally planned to buy it, but I have since decided we need some Vego spread.

And in the non-grocery category, my partner forgot to get cellophane, that my daughter requested as a present. So he'll have to leave work early tomorrow to get it.

Oh shite. Just realised no stuffing mix. Thought I was doing well.... 🤔 Considers going to shops for it tomorrow then gives head a wobble not bloody likely it's going to be mayhem out there and that's without the traffic. Although cunning plan comes into play as the corner shop might have some.....

I did my order 1 December to book delivery slot and had to remove a load as it wouldn't have all fit in the fridge - and there's only me!

I'd gone a bit mad with the "build your own cheese board" option and had to scale right back.

Only just got everything in.

There was not one bag of petit pois in my Tesco! Off to search tomorrow.
