To wonder if a change of diet would change my crap appearance?

Facebook memories keep popping up from 5-10 years ago where I look 20 years younger if not more. I’ve really let myself go. My skin is terrible, my hair is lifeless, I’ve put on weight and I constantly carry massive bags under my eyes.

My diet is terrible (I’m talking a packet of crisps for breakfast terrible). My focus was always on staying slim but now I just want to look healthy! And dare I say ... pretty!

Will a change of diet really help??

I think it can help you to lose weight and improve your skin as well but it’s not plastic surgery.
It probably will have a psychological impact on you as well, you’ll feel better about yourself and proud about the changes you made and appear more confident, which definitely can make you look more attractive.

I don't know about your appearance but how you feel in yourself will improve hugely, so I'd go for it.

I think it can definitely help. My skin was definitely firmer and nicer during a health kick a few years back. And drinking loads of water can help too.

There are no miracles, however a healthy diet, broad and full of fresh fruit and veg, coupled with less stress and good sleep, you will definitely feel better. Less likely to make you descibe you appearance as crap!
A bit of outdoor exercise , walking also. Most likely your skin and hair would improve although it is winter! The only supplement worth taking is Vit D. If you are low , which most of us are you will feel rough. I dont think a healthy diet is a magic bullet, but a poor one will make you sluggish
