Online companies hacked? E.g. Lloyds banking?

2 online interfaces of companies I use have been down.

1 is Lloyds Banking. When I click on the app, it has some error message telling me to try to log in.

The other company seems to be totally down since yesterday evening.

Anyone finding similar?

The other company's system is down since yesterday rendering them completely powerless.
When I clicked on the Lloyds app, the error message just set off alarm bells.
Is there a mass hacking underway?

I have just checked lloyds on the desktop and it seems fine

Lloyd’s twitter page has no mention of problems neither has DownDetector.

Sorry, I'm using laptop and can't do screenchots, I'm using the app.

For one it has 2 in red, like you'd get if you had messages.

When I clicked on the app it says 'App launch failed. Sorry we're having technical problems. This might be fixed by trying to log in again now.' I haven't clicked on 'Try Again'

A few months back I had problems with the halifax app on my phone. I had to clear app data and cache, then log in again.

I'll happily uninstall and reinstall, just 2 out of 2 seems unusual. Hmm. Maybe it's just me.

EDF is definitely down as I've spoken to them.

Not sure what's going on with Lloyds. I've never seen message dots on the app which is why I clicked into it. Then the error message.

I used the Lloyds app earlier this evening with no issues. It sometimes does behave oddly in the middle of the night though - perhaps they are doing some maintenance?

I've never seen 2 in red like you'd get on Whatsapp or something, indicating unread messages? I'm with Lloyds 5 years. Maybe I've a magnetic aura or something fucking with me lol.

I don't know how it could have '2' like there's two messages, since I'm never logged into it.... Rang Lloyds - they've no issues. Logged in on laptop - fine. Weird. Uninstalled app and reinstalled. Afraid to actually log in now!
