O2 arena

NC and posting for traffic, but also didn’t know where was best to post.

Has anyone used the o2 blue lounge at the o2 arena? I’ve been trying to look online, but can’t see how it works. Is it only for o2 customers? Do you need to book? Is it worth it to save queues at bars etc?

Any advice would be appreciated!

It's for 02 customers only. I couldn't book when I used it; just had a code on my phone and used a priority 02 bag check thing - they stuck a wristband on me and in I went.

Saved a lot of time with the queue for drinks Smile

Thanks @CrazyCatLady159. I’ve been looking on o2 priority and can’t see anything! It’s so confusing!

Did you see this?

It has been a few years since I used it but by the looks of it things haven't changed that much to when I did it Smile

Ah, thanks @CrazyCatLady15. Looks like you can only do it through the priority app when you’re at the venue! So no pre booking. Thanks for your help!

I've never bothered with the priority. I'm a regular concert goer and I have to say I've always been served more or less straight away at the bars and the most I've queued for food has been less than 5 minutes.

I'm not sure if this helps or not.

Yeah it's not that great. Just use your phone to go in.

Thanks everyone. Wasn’t sure if the queues would be a problem, and it was worth trying to get somewhere that may have been quieter.

Last time I was at the o2 I’d pre booked the SKY backstage bar, but it was closed by the time we arrived Blush

You don't need to book as others have said. I've used it twice ( been to about 50 concerts there), it was ok, no queue for a drink in the lounge. When you enter the O2 in the main doors and go towards entrance B I believe it is, to the right hand side there is a little o2 booth with o2 'angels'. You can show them your phone and they'll tell you the page they need to you find or just let you if it shows at the top you're on o2, and they'll ask if you want lounge (wristband) or just quick entry (go straight through).
