I must admit that by beauty routine is Minimal but I suddenly look soo old. I’ve attached a photo of my forehead! Apart from growing a fringe ( I look awful with one) or fillers is there anything I can do? I look so old for my age. I appreciate it’s not really aibu or really that big a deal but can anyone suggest anything to improve my haggard face?

I'm only 32 and have a few forehead lines myself 😔.I think only fillers get rid of them though sadly. Sucks doesn't it!

One, you are absolutely not haggard! At all!

Two, chemical peel and then Botox - but really can you be bothered. I have been tempted to do these things - but when it comes to it I cannot be arsed. (similar forehead to you)

No need for fillers on your forehead, Botox will sort those out. Fillers are only needed if they’re really deep.

But you’ll be needing it every 4-6 months and it’s £200 plus a time. Can you maintain that?

Honestly Botox would really work and look great.
I’ve attached a photo of my 50 year old forehead. I’ve only had Botox twice, the last time 5 months ago. I have some faint lines which I think look fine. I’m not all shiny and fake looking.

There's a sub reddit called skincare addiction that has transformed my skin. At 47 I now look 17. Well perhaps not but it has made a huge difference to the overall health and glow of my skin. It does involve quite a bit of research and experimentation though. Also ten mins every evening and morning plus two home treatments a week. I have cleansers, serums, acids, retinoids, moisturiser and oils as well as sunscreen etc whereas I used to just use soap and water. I sti ll look mid 40s but happy with the way I look now. I know I'll probably need fillers at some point but I'm lazy Smile
