I bought mine today. It's a 'make your own photo calendar' that you insert your own pictures in to. Going to top it up with some Christmas chocolates to make £10.

Kitchen gadget (amazon do some nice ones - one looks like plant pot, another looks like a bottle. You separate each part and it has a use for the kitchen.

Make a little hamper - mug, fluffy socks, handcream, teabag/coffee sachet/hot choc sachet, mini pack of biscuits
