Last year I bought a large bottle of Prosecco for my hairdressers. Due to illness it was never delivered. It's been in my wine rack for nearly a year as I don't drink! It's got a champagne type cork, AIBU to drink it this year, will it still be drinkable?

Up to 24 months for Prosecco, but ideally within the year.

Pop it, it will either be flat and taste like vinegar or fizzy and taste like joy. Always worth a shot for joy Wine
