Finally gone into labour, started off 2 days ago and it’s bloody awful. Never felt pain like it. I think this will be my only child.
Anyway, lost a big glob or brown mucus plug and now about 10-15 mins ago lost a clearer glob with is tinged with blood. I’m actually over due and am 40 weeks and 4 days now. I’m booked in for a stretch and sweep but will they still do it if I have already expelled the plug?
Any suggestions on how to cope with the pain? I’ve been having bath, taking paracetamol, tens machine. I know nothing will take it away completely but Jesus wept it hurts. I can’t even drift off to sleep and let me body do it’s thing. I’ve had about 4 hours sleep in the last 2 days 😩
Further to this I’ve had a hot curry, bounced on the ball. Not a cat in hells chance am I having sex lol already feel like I’ve been booted between the legs!
