Where do I get a cardigan like this for my grandma

I'm looking for a chunky cardigan for my grandma. All her cardigans are quite the same style and she doesn't wear any other style.
Something like the attached pic. (That one is from the babies section!!) I'm going mad looking for cardigan for her!

Are there any stores that specialize in clothing for the elderly?

Forgot to add, she is petite. Kids size 13-14 yrs would be perfect.

You should look for Fair Isle jumpers. Boden has loads

The sizing is confusing on this and might be too small but it’s in the kids range, the adult range has similar patterns but only as jumpers not cardigans
