I posted a while back in Chat about one of my DC’s doctors touching me in a sexual manner.
It took them months to investigate and they’ve written to tell me they believed him over me.
I feel properly gutted - they interviewed me and despite everything I said being true they believe him.

'conspired against' sounds very dramatic - sorry. But what I meant was that someone stuck up for this perv, over a child that they were there to protect.

Incidentally a lot came out about this teacher, including him peeping at a peer who was going out with his son, whilst she was getting changed at their house.

A family member was assaulted by a GP who during a routine employment medical removed her bra and groped her. She put in a complaint, informed the police and when it got to the stage of going to the solicitor he told her not to waste her time, it was a case of his word (small town respected, elderly GP) against hers (20 year old female) and that the GMC would fight his corner tooth and nail. Unless there is forensic evidence it is very, very hard to proof unfortunately.
