"Making memories", "living my best life", "couple goals"...just no!

Also, really really hate "#myworld" - it infuriates me!!!

Ok, I've needed to get this off my chest for some time, usually said/written in relation to a school activity:

"They all did amazing"

No, no they didn't, 'they were amazing' or 'they did amazingly (well)'.

I'm irrationally irritated by it.

TriangularRatbag · 05/12/2019 17:54

@HellsBills

So true! Not irrational. And worse, and more ubiquitous:
"How are you?"
"I'm good."
I'm not asking about your moral status! And you're certainly not good at knowing your adverbs from your adjectives!

I’m just going to sneak another one in , then run...

“I’m like...”/“I was like...”
