Chickenpox

So my ds3 is vomiting and sore stomach but seems ok otherwise (no temp or spotsetc) but his best friend at nursery just came out with chicken pox today. Could he have the start of it or just coincidence? Chances he'll get it?

Possible, but you won't know until the rash comes unfortunately! If DS does get it in the next couple of days, guaranteed he got it from the same source as his friend and not actually from friend themself. Incubation period is 14-21 days. Best of luck! I hope it doesn't hit xmas for you.
