Should you keep all children home if there is a sick bug in the house?

Not really an aibu but wanted traffic!

My 3 year old has a sick bug but my 5 year old seems fine. Should I keep them both at home or is it ok to take the 5 year old out? He has a meet Santa thing tomorrow and not sure what to do?

No, there is no reason to keep the other one in

If we kept everyone in when one was sick we'd never get out of the house 🙈 Perfectly fine to take the non sick child out

IME, the kids never get sick at the same time, it's ALWAYS when one has fully recovered that another gets sick, thus prolonging the sickness to infinity

I'd take the 5yo out. My kids used to go loopy if indoors too long

Fine to take 5 year old out. Theres horrible vomiting bug going around at the moment but my kids still managed to get it two weeks apart and then three weeks later for me.
