Did she use them then sell them? Perhaps she's skint enough to need the cash more than the clothes

Honestly if even the clothes were bought new by yourself and then used by her child ? They wouldn't be worth much ? I would think if anyone is selling baby clothes ? The hassle and headache they must be really poor.

I think it’s poor form

What’s with all the 🤷‍♀️ shrug emojis in this thread 😂

I remember a few years ago I gave my friend a marks and Spencer's outfit for her daughter. My daughter had worn it once and rather than sell it I passed it on. The next time I saw her she told me she had decided it wasn't her style and so she had sold it to her friend. I still feel it was poor form. I gave it to her to use and she took it knowing it wasn't something she would put on her daughter. She took it to sell it. That pissed me off. Especially as she was NOT hard of money and I could have given it to another friend.

Even though you have them to her so they are hers, she should be sharing any sale proceeds with you.

Yeah that would annoy me also. She could of told you if she were planning on selling them and you could of sold them and had the money yourself.
