Hi first time on here but just need a bit of help. Just off mat leave after having second child. Childcare been big issues so I'm working every weekend and 2 days a week. On top of this I'm having a lot of health issues which I'm awaiting test for it's a struggle to get to work but I do.
Manager is aware of this but since coming back of mat leave as been very unprofessional with support and comments. Initially with my health issues the comment made was 'that I'm imagining it'. Then next meeting made a comment about my mental health.
I honestly feel like shes picking on me as I just need some support re childcare hence weekend work. I feel completely deflated and wish to leave a job I love. I just don't know what to do prior to this our relationship was great.
Any ideas on what to do?
