Why was Meghan given such a hard time?

My daughter is 9 months pregnant and is going to the gym, swimming and is not having any physical problems with her pregnancy. She is so lucky! My concern is that Meghan was vilified for being similar to my daughter ...am interested to know what other people think.

rephrase it @Grandmi - I am reading it as are people jealous of Meghan because she didn't appear to have issues in pregnancy?

Was using Meghan just a (bizarre) way of boasting about your daughter’s active pregnancy?
