To want all of my money

Long time user but name changed as outing in relation to other posts. I recently sold a horse through sales livery ( me paying someone else to do the work of selling him, viewings etc) we agreed the price I was looking for and the agreement was that they take 10% commission. I have since found out from his new owner that they paid considerably more for him than I was told he sold for - as in over £1000 more. Can I go after the sales livery I used for money they received over their commission? I don't have the money to take them to court as was selling the horse due to dire unexpected financial circumstances but this just doesn't seem right that someone should lie and profit from my horse like this.

Small claims is fairly cheap.

Definitely persue this!!! It’s theft/fraud

Get all the evidence together you can

I despare sometimes, at the lack of basic morals and pure greed of some people.

Yes, take it to the small claims court. And name and shame them on social media.
