Did anyone else hear her say that? You could report her to HR, I'm pretty sure its bullying someone on the grounds of a protected characteristic.

No I think you misread! 😂 I think she is ASD and have chatted it through with someone to see if they think so to but they said no she's not, to their knowledge anyhow. I wanted to know as it'd help me to brush it off more rather than thinking she was just plain rude!

It's pretty rude to be armchair diagnosing your manager with colleagues, to be honest.

I'm sorry, but you are being very rude. Who are you to be 'diagnosing' a work colleague with ASD, and to be gossiping about it (basically spreading rumours) with other work colleagues?

I'm not surprised she's being 'rude and dismissive' to you. It sounds like a clearcut case of pot calling kettle black, with the little you've said.

? if you u have a problem with your manager take your complaint to a relevant authority. whether or not she has an asd is irrelevant and none of your business. if her behaviours need addressing that's a company issue. you won't achieve much in any vaguely professional organisation going around gossiping about whether she has a medical condition or not. well, except to make yourself look like an idiots
