It’s an old clip but he’s on top form.

Go Boris!

Jakymz · 19/11/2019 20:09

Now this is what I call a thread. Thank you OP! Boris is nothing more than a clown, please let’s all send him back to the circus.

As for the tories, I agree with PPs that they are the MOST vile party - who in their right mind would keep them in power? Incompetent, elitist scum. So if you care one iota about the future of our NHS, our education system, our children...etc etc...then you know what to do!

yolofish · 19/11/2019 21:40

I just watched 'that' debate - Boris showed his true colours, a lying, dithering, wiffle-wafflying, cheating scumbag. Go Boris go - anywhere but here. Trump might give him a job?

Snowy111 · 19/11/2019 22:34

According to BJ in the debate “The single biggest threat to our economy and our ability to fund the NHS is our failure to get Brexit done”

Nothing to do with Tory austerity and privatisation then hmm

OP posts:
DioneTheDiabolist · 19/11/2019 23:58

Look, Boris doesnt need Trump to give him a job. As much as I cant stand him, he is an entertaining and engaging storyteller. He will clean up on the After Dinner Speaking circuit. Like really mega bucks clean up. He will also be able to enjoy lots of sex with lots of women. And he likes that.Smile

So, I believe that to elect Boris Johnson would be cruel. Set him free people. Let him run off and live his best life. Dont trap him in 10 Downing Street where people will expect him to be responsible, tell the truth and keep his cock in his pants. He'll be miserable there.Sad

Free Boris Johnson: Vote for Not the Tories.

curlykaren · 20/11/2019 00:08

Great list, shame Tory voters won't give a flying fuck.

DowntownAbby · 20/11/2019 00:26

BJ will be prime minister come December 13th and, in all likelihood, with an overall majority.

What the rabid left of MN think is, frankly, neither here nor there. It's in no way representative of the country as a whole.

Alsohuman · 20/11/2019 00:29

We’ll just wait and see. They’re going to have to do a hell of a lot better than they are now for you to be right.

BingoLittlesUncle · 20/11/2019 02:00

How can anyone believe they are no better than Labour?

Very easily if you're a LibDem voter.

TheLittleDogLaughed · 20/11/2019 02:58

FlyingPenguin I was waiting for someone to raise the idiotic anti-semitic media-fuelled slur against Corbyn.

I’m Jewish. He gets my vote and that of all my Jewish friends and family.

borntobequiet · 20/11/2019 08:24

I find the rabid left of Mumsnet to be a curiously unsettling concept.

Xenia · 20/11/2019 08:59

I don't want any Tory musmnetter to be complacent however. Every vote will count. Do vote. Don't assume a Tory majority is in the bag. We need every vote.

Alsohuman · 20/11/2019 09:10

You’re rattled aren’t you @Xenia?

Xenia · 20/11/2019 09:15

No, not at all. I don't think JC has a hope of winning power, but I do want Tories to vote as if everyone assumed a Tory win were secure and stayed at home in December that would not be a good idea.

Alsohuman · 20/11/2019 09:53

Au contraire, I think it would be an excellent idea.

Inliverpool1 · 20/11/2019 10:02

I want Tories released into a field and armed foxes to chase them over hedgerows

MaMaMaMySharona · 20/11/2019 10:51

I would be interested to hear from someone voting Tory the reasons why they're doing so - based on actual improvements they're planning on making to our country, or based on improvements they've made over the past 9 years.

Something not to do with Corbyn being 'antisemite' or any other whataboutism.

I watched the debate last night and was very disappointed that BJ was consistently allowed to keep talking over people and bringing everything back to Brexit. I am one of the 16m people who did not vote to leave the EU and I still have absolutely no interest in doing so. It's not the 'will of the people' - it's the will of just over half the people 3.5 years ago. Hardly the same thing.

MaMaMaMySharona · 20/11/2019 10:52

I think it would be wonderful if Tory voters assumed it was safe and didn't bother voting. That would indeed be excellent Grin

TheQueef · 20/11/2019 11:04

To think I used to laugh at Berlusconi Blush
Never thought I'd miss TM.
Anyone voting for Boris (especially female) should check his conduct out.

Xenia · 20/11/2019 11:08

"I want Tories released into a field and armed foxes to chase them over hedgerows". I don't want armed foxes to chase Labour voters over hedgerows but then I'm a Tory and we tend to be more peaceful and laid back.

Improvement to our country? Loads of course. In what sort of areas?
Deficit down hy nearly 2/3rds fullfact.org/economy/deficit-down-two-thirds/.
I do not know what kinds of areas you are interested in - minimum wage for example has gone up.

MaMaMaMySharona · 20/11/2019 11:23

but then I'm a Tory and we tend to be more peaceful and laid back

If you actually believe this, you're entirely mad.

The Labour leader has won two international awards for his promotion of peace. I don't think anything similar could be said of the Tory leader (or any of them in recent history).

DowntownAbby · 20/11/2019 11:36

@Alsohuman

We’ll just wait and see. They’re going to have to do a hell of a lot better than they are now for you to be right.

Nope. They're going to win easily.

The odds of a Con win, and in fact an outright Con majority have shortened still further since the TV debate.

I'll say it again: MN is in no way representative of the country as a whole. It thinks it is, but it's really not.

To remind you how fabulous Boris Johnson is
longwayoff · 20/11/2019 12:15

Improvements @xenia? Areas of growth you must be proud of. Food Banks. Homelessness. Child Poverty. In work poverty. Well done, you must be very proud.

Alsohuman · 20/11/2019 12:21

And I keep on pointing out @DowntownAbby that polls three weeks before an election are pointless. According to the 2017 polls May was getting a landslide. She ended up going cap in hand to the DUP with £1bn to bribe them, having suddenly found a magic money tree.

Monsterinmyshoe · 20/11/2019 12:26

pumper

Your list on the first page is an interesting CV.

Hilarious comments on here. I really struggle to see the appeal of someone who can't string a sentence together and leaves a trail of destruction behind him. I get some people can't perform in front of a camera as well as others, but he doesn't look nervous, just like he knows absolutely fuck all and it hasn't even registered that this might be a bad thing. He thinks he's doing great, which is terrifying.

Snowy111 · 20/11/2019 15:00

Xenia after 9 years of crippling austerity they’ve got the deficit down by 2/3. Which means the debt has gone up year after year so that it’s now in the region of 2 trillion. And they’re irresponsibly promising election bribe spending. Such a record to be proud of!
