To want to ask them to keep an eye on this child’s interactions?

Went to pick up DS (2years) from nursery because he wasn’t feeling well. As I was giving him a cuddle and putting on his shoes another child aged probably around 2 came over and shoved him - he did this 3 x the third time being quite hard knocking DS over into me - I did say that isn’t nice in a soft tone and the staff intervened at that point too. Would usually put it down to kids being kids and ignore it - but wondering if I should raise it with the manager to ensure they keep an eye on that particular kid and raise it with his parents? Or is that a bit ott? Feel like it might be. Not sure what nursery etiquette is...but DS got a bruise on his cheek last week and the staff couldn’t tell me how it occurred so I put it down to him being boisterous and didn’t raise an issue - just worried they may not be paying proper attention... grrr really don’t wanna be one of those annoying parents with the nursery but also don’t want them to think I am not bothered.
