What do you think is a fair division of household labour in the situation below?

2 primary age DC.
Parent 1 works full time, v well paid, away 8 weeks a year, random nights away, sometimes short-notice. Reliant on Parent 2 to pick up all the slack when away. Hard work but sociable and job is enjoyable.
Parent 2 works 3 days a week. Flexible around Parent 1/DC to some extent. Job also fairly full on.

Help me wise mumsnetters!!

P2 on their 2 days a week does the big food shop and the big clean. Less to do then during the weekends so can have proper family time.

On times when P1 is not away then on days P2 also works they should do 50/50. So half of everything dc needs. Whether that's pick ups/drop offs at school, bath time, bedtimes, any end of they day tidying, meals etc. Half and half.

On times when P1 is away then P2 does it all because that's just life and you have to just crack on.

Both get equal ops at free time when P1 isn't working away with the other parent then picking up the slack.
