Favourite Christmas games?

We’ve got most of the usual suspects, though perhaps there’s some I’ve not got! So any ideas welcome!

What would you recommend for a family with 3 children 8-11 and a grumpy bastard who hates games but could use getting into the spirit of things as long as he doesn’t have to ‘make a prat of himself’!

Also any quiz books to recommend so I can do a children’s quiz?

Pie face goes down well in our house! The kids love it and the adults love it when terry n joan from next door who always invite themselves in get pied! I think we are a family of closet narcs lol .

Articulate, bananagrams, flux, cranium is fantastic.

Bury The Pudding - place pieces of boiled (not microwaved!) pudding around the house. Person who finds the most has to eat them and is copiously sick.

Hide The Grumpy Old Bastard - (cover cross people in wrapping paper with no regard to age or parental marital status at birth)

Egg roulette the kids in our family love it
