I can't stand cleaning the cats litter tray of making sodding pack lunches even though they only take a few minutes to do. What jobs do you hate doing?

Also brushing my teeth. I hate it and if I didn’t have to do it, I wouldn’t. I hate the taste of toothpaste, hate the feeling.

Drying my hair

Loading the dishwasher

Changing bed sheets (although love fresh sheets so the reward is there!)

I hate emptying the dishwasher but that's not inexplicable because it always leaves me with lumbar pain and aggravates my sciatica.

Same with emptying the bins.

Totally the packed lunch thing. And taking out the recycling. And changing the duvet.

Brushing my teeth. I like the clean feeling and obviously do brush them but dear God its boring, standing there for 3 min staring at myself. I always end up cleaning the sink/washing tiles etc while brushing. I have no patience. Also grating cheese, another thankless task.

Going to places like Halfords, the car garage when the car is being MOTed. Just feel stupidly out of depth
Anything to do with banking - hate opening my statement etc although I know it's not going to be that bad. Ringing them up anything

Getting my repeat prescription. It's a medication I need but it does depend on what you read. It's more the fact that I could be spending the money for it on a bottle of wine. On something I'm not sure I need that badly

Emptying the indoor food waste bin into the outdoor one. I always put that off too long.

I hate brushing my teeth too and the DC's teeth. So boring. I want a robot vacuum cleaner type thing for them that just does the job when I'm asleep.

Emptying the dishwasher

A very prudish colleague once brought the staffroom to hysterics when she declared, I don't mind putting it in but I hate taking it out, talking about the dishwasher.

I hate turning on the computer and waiting to see if it’s merely going to spend the next half hour running updates or go the whole hog and self-destruct completely.

Pretty much everything at the minute. I'm struggling to think of anything I'm enjoying right now.

It’s only reading this thread that I realise how lazy I am. I think I hate doing every single thing I have read as a suggestion 😂

But mostly, emptying the dishwasher, putting wet clothes on the airer and putting clean clothes away. My washing machine does a double click sound when it’s finished and I always heave a sigh of dread when I hear it!

Washing my hair because it’s thick and curly so just seems to ages to rinse properly, because of this I now no longer use conditioner because I can’t be arsed to rinse it twice. Then drying it and straightening it so it’s manageable for a few days. I absolutely hate it and do put off washing it because of this!

Cleaning the dogs ears and putting in his drops. It’s a two man job and always seems so stressful and I genuinely loathe every single second of it even though it only takes 5 minutes.

Hanging washing to dry and then sorting it out and putting it away, can’t stand it so consequently it sits on the airer and radiators for days, meaning the washing pile grows ever larger and the task even more horrible. Clean washing then sits on the stairs for an eternity waiting for the cleaning fairy to put it away.

I hate making packed lunches, I don’t understand why but I also dread this and then try and cheat by making the easiest things possible like just slapping a slice of ham in a wrap or making jam sandwiches Blush I’ve noticed if I can get the sandwich making done in under 30 seconds per person I don’t feel so much anger and annoyance Hmm

Emptying the dishwasher, is just ugh. I don’t mind loading it but emptying it feels me with rage 😁

Mopping. It really does my back in but it’s one of those jobs that needs to be done. Darn you wooden floors.

Tidying the kids’ toys that always seems to be scattered on the lounge floor. Especially BLOCKS ... aarghhh!

Hoovering and mopping the floor under the sofas. I try and put it off as long as I can because it ends up cluttered again.

Sweeping the front porch. I’m pretty sure the neighbours must kick their pile of leaves onto our porch seeing as I sweep mines more than they do.

Cleaning out the salad drawer and veg. drawer, just hate it. It has to be decanted into food caddy for recycling.
