DH is a snorer. A really really loud one. Think along the lines of a walrus being drowned and you get my drift. I know a lot of other people will feel my pain as there are so many threads about it

We have tried endless things. Tablets, nose strips, nose spray, anti snoring pillows, changing the temp of our bedroom, more pillows, less pillows, he’s lost weight to see if that would help. Sleep apnoea was ruled out and I had resigned myself to a life of sleep deprivation

Until we tried this - snoreeze.com/product/snoreeze-oral-device/. This £30 contraption has saved our marriage and saved my life as I no longer want to suffocate him at night! I have just woken up from sleeping through a whole night for the 8th blissful night in a row and felt I must share with you in case it can change your life too! Grin

Dp is going to hate you OP Grin just put through my order for him haha

Interesting, I’ve bought similar for DH off eBay for £5-£10 and they’ve been quite effective. But if this one is better I’ll definitely be buying!

Dp is a snorer of epic proportions too but I just don't think I could get him on board with this... I will show him later, thanks for the suggestion, we were only arguing talking about it the other night.

Titsntats · 10/11/2019 07:55

DH wasn’t sure at first but I ordered and paid for it so as it was there in front of him he was more willing to try. You mould it to your own teeth for a better fit. He said the first night was strange, not uncomfortable but just an unusual feeling but now he doesn’t notice it’s there and it’s made such a massive difference!

Thank you @Titsntats ! If this thing works I am going to rename today Saint Titsntats day

Titsntats · 10/11/2019 09:16

@Scarlett555 that name has a great ring to it Grin I really hope it works for you all! I very rarely recommend anything but this is one thing that has genuinely worked, and as I know how awful the sleep deprivation can be I felt it had to be recommended!
