I bought three kids amazon tablets a year ago (the type that has the 2 year guarantee) 2 of them broke and I asked to replace them, they sent me out two and I returned the 2 broken ones. Anyway if you don’t return them amazon will charge you for them. A month later the money was taken out of my account. I called amazon who claimed they hadn’t received them. I showed them my tracking number which proved I did return them so amazon refunded me the money they took out. I called again today to replace them as broken again (it’s unlimited replacement for 2 years) and I’ve been told that as I was refunded for them they are now black listed!!! So they seem to believe I was refunded for the items when the refund was from the money they took off me and refunded back?! What can I do??
