Currently going through the process of deciding / agreeing on a name for our baby and came across a problem i cant find any threads on, which is naming your child after a celebrity.

Or should i say unintentionally naming your child after a celebrity...

For example my surname is Smith and one of the only names i actually like for a boy is Jayden. Which although spelt different, is the name of Will Smiths son Jaden Smith. (Who happens to be a bit of a nob, which makes me even less inclined to use it)

I was thinking i could use it as a middle name but would still have the problem if you ever read out his name in full!

So wanted to know if anyone else come across this scenario when thinking up names and if so, did it influence your decision?
