My dd has been under the same mental health for a while. We’ve moved to a town in a different area however this team is in the same Clinical Commissioning Group so as far as I can see online these no need to push her to transfer when she’s struggling a lot at the moment as it is.

Has someone requested that she change team then?

Yes her care coordinator attempted to keep her under the team but apparently they can’t do that and she will be transferred automatically

There will be different areas within the CCG, and unfortunately it is normal to be transferred when you move. It's frustrating but messes up the resource (staffing) allocation if people are seen outside their allocated team.

According to this guidance.www.england.nhs.uk/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/choice-in-mental-health-care-v2.pdf It shouldn’t matter and it’s patient choice
