Christmas Gifts for adult siblings

One of my siblings and her BF have an issue with DH. No one in my family knows why, she just doesn't seem to like DH. There have been two big boiling point arguments (unrelated to DH) in the last year which have resulted in her storming out then sending me long emails (which did mention DH in small part) which went back and forth and created drama but got nowhere. My parents are keen for me to keep the peace as much as possible which is the only reason I still rarely speak to her (there are other issues with her, but that's a thread in itself). My parents tend to try and ignore the bad points and not cause drama.

Anyway, to the reason for this AIBU - she consistently gets DH a really rubbish, tacky gift. Gifts she gets me are a mixed bag - I got 2 items for my recent birthday, 1 really nice, 1 piece of jewellery that I haven't worn in 5 years +. The highlight for my DH has been a broken gift, that I got told she complained to amazon about and got a full refund for (and she was apparently proud of this!). The others tend to be items DH would never use, but they are quite loosely related to franchises he likes.

We always give a token gift, plus a gift voucher - either to somewhere they've requested or to somewhere we know they like to shop.

AIBU this Christmas to get her and her BF gifts related to something they like rather than the normal token gift plus voucher or is this a bit petty?

AIBU if i do to also then treat my other siblings and their partners (who have no issue with DH, always treat us well and give nice gifts) normally by giving the token gift plus voucher?

None of my siblings have children else I'd suggest we stop giving gifts as adults and just do gifts for the children.
