I have been thinking a lot recently about leadership and how we often hear things like:
- what we need is strong leadership
- Corbyn needs to show some leadership
- Boris has shown real leadership
- etc ....
It got me thinking about leadership more generally. In my workplace we talk about being a leader and demonstrating leadership etc.... But to have a leader doesn't that necessarily mean others must follow. I am much more inclined to teamwork but even that gets called inclusive leadership. Are we a little obsessed about leadership and leaders and should we not think more about collaboration and teamwork? What does leadership mean to you?
