My boyfriend of 7 months were both tipsy after a night out and were just in bed and he was using his hands. I thought I heard him say something weird, I cant really remember exactly what but I though no, I'm must have misheard then suddenly then he started to do it harder and harder and I was like shouting at him to stop and he had the most horrible look on his face, a real angry look. And then I was like what the hell was was that and he was like I don't know I just got really angry. And I was said well why didn't u stop and he said he didn't know. I don't even know how to process this. We aren't together anymore.
Would this be sexual assault?
