He accuses Hugh Grant of being an elite snob who looks down on working class people because Grant refused to shake his hand. Oh no I thought, as I read further, NO was the right instinct because that wasn’t what happened AT ALL..

Apparently Grant was at a premiere and he went to shake his hand to which Hugh says “I am not shaking your hand.”… “When you were Culture Secretary you didn’t support my friends in Hacked Off.” Hacked off being the group pushing for a fair and accountable press after the phone hacking crimes.

In other words nothing to do with elitism or class at all. Look, if any politician holds a grudge because someone didn't shake their hand they need to do something else because IT COMES WITH THE TERRITORY

But what a big fat fib from our Chancellor?… artfully smearing Hugh while making Javid look like some man of the people !! I HATE fibbers, especially the careful sneaky ones… WTH do these people think we can’t read a story to end?
