Temporary cf parking?

We got new neighbours and they’ve been parking in really stupid ways and I just want to know if it’s temporary whilst they move in or if I should do something about it.
So first instance we have a walkway that’s the only way to get to our front door that leads off to the side of our driveway and is in between both houses. They parked overhanging their drive and into the walkway. Now that normally wouldn’t be the end of the world but I struggled to fit my mobility aid in the gap that was left.
Today they have parked across the front of our driveway which has an entrance only just big enough for my car.
There are 2 spots all the neighbours park in on street that don’t blow anyones driveway to shuffle cars around and for guests. At least one of these spots were clear. But the other does come with a lady who gets angry if you park in front of the rocks she’s put there so I’m not sure if she’s intimidated them.
I’m hoping that this is just temporary whilst they move in. Can I ask if anyone else had similar situations and if it stopped or they did something?
We had absolutely lovely neighbours before so I really want to get on with them but I can also only really get out the house with my car so need to be able to do that!

I think you should give them a knock and say hello, mention that you struggled to get past with your mobility aid. They'll probably be mortified, apologise, and it'll never happen again.

They shouldn't block your access to the walkway, and it's illegal to block your dropped curb. Ask nicely now as someone has already suggested. But be ready with big guns if they ignore you.
