missed my son birthday card on cbeebies this morning 30 Oct 2019!!!!Help

Today is my son 6th birthday. We sent in a card to CBeebies and we're fortunate to actually have it read out between 6.30am and 7.30am. Unfortunately we couldn't record it ... If anyone did record it we would really appreciate a copy to show him. Or if anyone has any suggestions on how we may see it again that too would be very helpful. Thanks

will they have it on catch up or maybe bbc iplayer?

It won’t appear on catch up until 24 hours later so don’t panic if you can’t find it now.

I checked the iPlayer, unfortunately, it was not there any longer. I really hope it can be shown again in this afternoon slots

Yes, they were there, but did not manage to record it when playing. Have checked Cbeebies website, they stated that they can't provide a copy of recording. what a shame.... Anyway, I will give a try to email them... couldn't be worse than this. Thanks for your kind information, appreciate

I find this all very odd, not you OP, but the fact that Cbeebies don't "host" the birthday cards on catch up for like a week.

So often people must miss their card being read out, or they have a power cut, or their mobile phone dies just as they are about to record the birthday cards.

How hard would it be to maintain 7 days worth of birthday cards on I player?!?

We send a card in every year and have had ours read out both times and we are hoping for this year too... We would be gutted to miss it!!!

@44PumpLane，I agree with you, it wouldn't cause additional work to Cbeebies team for simply leaving the birthday card part as same as other programme. How can they suppose 5/6 years littles could get out their beds in early morning to watch the programme. We were waiting in front of TV for the rest of day for a chance that his card could be presented again...sadly, it did not come ...
