2 month old refusing her bottle

Hi everyone, I'm new to this so sorry if a post like this already exist.
My 2 month old baby girl has been difficult to feed for the last 3 weeks. She was never a big eater and only took 3-4oz but recently she started getting upset after 2oz (every single feed the cut off point is 2oz). She arches her back even when she's is still on the bottle and refuses to take more. I know she's still hungry because she's sucking on her fingers 2mins later. I have been told by my gp that she might have silent reflux, although apart from the feeding time she's a happy baby never cries and sleeps relatively well. I have tried Aptamil antireflux and she got massively constipated, went back to Aptamil first with carobel powder and it's still the same, she arches her back and cries and it takes me ages to settle her down. I'm using veriflow teat and she's quite good at getting the milk out. Gp said gaviscone does the same job as carobel so she won't be prescribing that and apparently ranitidine is currently being recalled! I've asked if she could possible be allergic or dislike something in the milk and she's told me to try Aptamil pepti. She said if she shows improvement that means she's allergic to cows milk.

Does anyone have any idea what could possibly be going on with my baby ??

Thanks x

Have you changed the teet to the next flow size? My DD was doing similar to yours and it turned out she was struggling to get milk out the newborn flow teets Blush

Another suggestion would be to try her on a different milk. My other DD wasnt great with feeds, she was getting Aptimal pro. HV suggested changing her milk. I went from Aptimal to Hipp to SMA which I have now stuck on as she prefers this and feeds fine now. Turns out she grew to really dislike Aptimal milk. I hope you find out what's causing it, it can be frustrating and upsetting when you know they are hungry but struggling to feed.

Are you pace feeding? If not, it might be that she’s getting overwhelmed

As she refused feeding on Wednesday we have taken her to a&e. Doctors have suggested that it could be either allergy or silent reflux. She had to be fed through a tube (with Neocate formula) to make sure she's getting food. It also turned out that she has 2 holes in her heart and will require an opperation (which will be next week). At our 6week check the gp thought it was just a heart murmur.. The cardiologist recokns the heart condition is the main cause for poor feeding and weight gain decrease.. we are still at the hospital :(
