To ask you what could cause this pain in my arm?

Awful sharp pain in my upper right arm, radiating down to my hand. It lasted about 1 - 1.5 hours. Breathing in seemed to make it a little (but only very slightly) worse. No other major issues - breathing OK, no signs of heart attack. Happened yesterday and feeling really tired today but that's not uncommon for me so may be unrelated. Trapped nerve of some kind do you think?

Has it abated now? Could you do normal stuff with your arm at the time? Lift it over your head, grip things etc?
I had a frozen shoulder a couple of years ago which sounds kind of similar

I could move it normally as far as I could tell but the pain was making it hard to check that out completely. I lifted is shoulder high and quickly put it down again. I'll look up frozen shoulder, thanks.
