I’d like to know if anyone can recommend a physio in the Kent area, pref Tonbridge or Ashford, who specialises it is good at helping with the above condition.
I’m a male and I got it about 8 years ago from the gym, and I’d like to get back into exercise etc so I’d like to get it sorted. I saw a surgeon who said it wasn’t serious enough for surgery but I’ve been on a waiting list for ever with the NHS so I need to go private I think.
Any help would be much appreciated.
