Why is he still a presenter on Channel 4 News?

Not for the first time, he is stumbling through an interview this evening.

It is especially galling when women newsreaders are retired much earlier, not due to incompetence but due to looks. And to think that this is still happening in this day and age.

He stepped out in front of our car when he was litter picking near Roehampton; looked at us as if it was our fault too, he had no concept of e traffic on the road!!

To put context to my statement, was trying to add that I agree he’s a bit ‘past it’!

Yes watching Jon Snow banished was embarrassing to watch.

Hes competent. The autocue was outside. Which means it could have been shadowed or there could have been glare.

I don't find him embarrassing to watch, so YABU.

He does occasionally seem to get himself in knots but he's also very interesting and quirky so I wouldn't like to see him go. Perhaps his role on the news needs to change slightly.

His socks and ties are often the highlight of the programme for me.

I think he is brilliant and would probably not watch ch4 if he no longer presents it. I strongly disagree with the woke comment.

Jon Snow is a fabulous TV anchor, He and Krishnan Guru-Murthy are the best in the business.

And frankly C4 news is the only one worth watching these days.

It's the only channel that actually holds politicians to account.

And don't get me started on Laura K - nothing but a mouthpiece for "number 10 sources". No context or scrutiny. I've stopped watching BBC News.
