Popping this on here in the hope I’ll get an answer quickly on what to do.

I’ve always had migraine aura since I was a kid. Until I was an adult and working full time these were never accompanied by head pain.

The last two years I’ve had frequent issues with aura and severe migraine type pain which seems to start in my left trapezius and travels up to the left side of my head. Doctor said it’s a migraine and I’m completely unsure. Last winter I had this at a period of high stress where it lasted for two weeks on and off with aura every day/every other day.

The last four weeks I’ve had it constantly and it’s ruining my life. I’ve tried sleeping more (using nytol to get 12 hours instead of 8) and adjusting/stretching myself throughout the day. My left shoulder feels like a rock and the pain there is radiating up to the left side of my head.

Aura this week has been 3/4 times a day of 20 min flashing periods (I get it in my periphery vision).

My question is, where do I go for treatment? Doctors won’t be any use as I feel this is stress related. A chiropractor or do I just need a good massage? Anyone out there that can help me here? The pain has kept me up since 4am today!
