I've always had oily skin. Now 27 w pregnant and my face is like a dot to dot. One on face being boil like ( previously had sebaceous cysts on face)
I have also spots all in my scalp.. Kills to comb hair. Only.ever had the odd one before
Some on my upper back . Never before

The more spots the oiler my skin seems and its a catch 22.

Any suggestions
I've been doing hot flannel this eve on the worst large ones.

Roaccutane was the only thing that worked for me (can't use when pregnant or TTC though!!) tried evvvvvverything else over a 10 year period, there's a lot of BS out there about acne, important to go to the Drs IMO.

I've always had terrible skin and the only thing that has worked for me is v55 max (i bought from Amazon). For you scalp you could try a tea tree/witch hazel mix to help with irritation, just make sure you check it's okay to use during pregnancy, i think witch hazel should be fine but not sure of the tea tree. Make sure you mix the correct dose if it is okay to use.

Proactive helps me (salicylic acid) the wipes help dry the spots.
Not touching my fave (no spreading bacteria)
And sudocreme at night. They are still arseholes though. But much more manageable
