I know this isn't really the place for this but I am tearing my hair out! I want to cancel a contract on a phone I no longer use, no longer has a SIM card in it. I can't receive the texts to verify me (see above) I failed their authentication process when I called because I couldn't remember how I last upgraded (it must have been 5 years ago). I work so don't have time to go to the shop. Ffs why do they have to make it so bloody complicated?!
