Ok so first time I have posted but am interested to gage other people’s thoughts. Am a registered nurse in a lovely care home .All the RNs are lovely,professional people and we have always worked well with each other . As a home we have had fantastic CQC inspections and quite rightly so . Anyway my massive bug bare is that we get paid for 15 min handover from 715 to 730 am and pm . The nurse that takes over from me always rolls in at 730 and I then leave late ..I have a long drive home and the other RN leaves even later !! The nurse gets paid to start at 715 and gets paid whereas the nurse leaving late doesn’t !! It’s really pissing me off !! Am so frustrated!!
