It's brand new!
The cat has only scratched it once or twice, her very first time using it and the bloody rope has come up from the base and she's trying to eat it!
I'm so angry, it cost me £15 and of course like a twat when the shop lady said would you like the receipt I said no thank you 🤦🏻♀️
Can I fix it?!
Don't say glue, I know from past experience the cat will not use it with glue on, presumably from the smell...
