My ex has had me in and out of court for 3 years , he is now trying to get a change of residence other than to hurt me why would he be doing this as he has all the contact he asked for . It is now going to a final hearing as he won’t agree to cafcass recommendations I’m worried, where do I stand with this it has never gone to a final hearing and I can’t afford a solicitor
